work principle
The motor drives the saw blade to rotate quickly through the coupling, and saws the pig carcass near the "v" guiding groove in half to achieve the purpose of splitting half. There are two ways to split a pig: one is ventral and the other is backward. This depends on the process of the plant or the preferences of the operator. It takes 15-20 seconds for each pig to split.
Installation and debugging
The machine is tested and run before leaving the factory, but it may cause maladjustment or malfunction due to the factors such as transportation, loading and unloading after leaving the factory. Therefore, a comprehensive inspection must be carried out to make sure that all parts are in good condition before it can be put into use. The motor should be rotated before use. It should be flexible, easy, no jam phenomenon, and should also pay attention to safety, abnormal sound or abnormal jitter after boot, until it is confirmed to be normal before it can be put into use. When this machine is installed, attention should be paid to paralleling the "v" type guide slot, saw blade and hoisting pig track, and the saw blade center is aligned with the fork block center to prevent the pig from being split and skewed. After installation and use of the machine, check whether the equipment is running properly, The lubricating parts should be regularly injected with lubricating oil. Every day before and after the shift, should be washed clean. In addition to normal maintenance, the annual production season after a major overhaul, excessive wear parts should be replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
Turn on the power switch to keep the split saw working and check that the mechanism is working properly. After no load test, there is no abnormal before carrying out load test.

Maintenance

3) lubricate the parts to be lubricated regularly.
Repair
Repair, adjust or replace parts immediately if they do not meet the requirements. The following requirements should be achieved in repair:
1) the replacement should be the same as the raw material during repair;
2) the bridge split and half saw shall not be maintained and repaired when it is in working condition.
After disassembling and reloading, the chainsaw must test first, such as the saw blade rotation is flexible, easy, no jam phenomenon, can start to use, after boot should also pay attention to safety, there is abnormal sound or abnormal jitter, wait to confirm normal before putting into use.
