work principle
The stomach container enters the hopper, and then through the pneumatic valve the stomach container enters the pressure tank using compressed air to carry the stomach container through the pipe to the stomach container collection room.
Installation and commissioning
The main contents are as follows:

trial run
Turn on the power switch in sequence, make the equipment in the working state, check the operation of the organization is normal. After no load test, there is no abnormal before carrying out load test.

check,matainance and Troubleshooting method
1) lubricate the rotating parts frequently; such as chains, bearings, etc., should be replaced on a weekly basis.
2) after each shift is finished, the equipment should be cleaned and cleaned to keep the inside and outside of the body clean;
3) after a period of time, the oversized clearance or damaged bearing should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the normal operation of the machinery;
