After steam ironing and spiral ploughing, the pig is drawn into the automatic wool oven by moving guideways, and when the pig carcass enters, the monitoring system sends out signals instructing the electrical components to work to open the gas valve. At this time, the pig carcass was singed with flame. After completion, the carcass left through the guideway, and the flame became smaller and only left the fire. It is a good solution to the previous manual wool work intensity, low efficiency, Liao wool and other defects.

After steam ironing and spiral ploughing, the pig is drawn into the automatic singulation furnace by the moving guide, and the monitoring system sends out a signal to open the gas valve after the pig carcass enters. At this time, the nozzle ejects a flame to wool the carcass of the pig. After the pig carcass enters the next process, the flame will become smaller and only the fire will remain, waiting for the next pig carcass to enter and complete a new round of singling process.
Installation and commissioning
1) installation requirements: check the equipment in the transportation process whether there are bumps damage according to the process requirements to do a good civil construction foundation, and then the whole machine installed on the basis;
2) debugging: check whether the components are loose, whether the gas system is solid and reliable, whether the instruments are normal, then connect the power supply, and put into use after all normal.

Safety operating essentials
1) strictly prohibit high temperature and impact operation around gas storage tanks and gas pipelines.
2) personnel operation, pay attention to gas leakage and leakage warning, timely measures.
3) pay attention to the combustion of each nozzle and adjust it if necessary.
4) the inlet and outlet of combustion furnace and its environs are prohibited.
5) during cleaning and maintenance, the furnace cooling must be confirmed that it cannot be started and a warning plate is hung.
6) after work, cut off the power supply and close all valves.
7) the operator should have mechanical and electrical operation knowledge;
8) the operator should be familiar with the structure, performance, safety regulations and instructions of the automatic flue-burning furnace;
9) the operator should be trained and certified to take up the post.
10) routine inspection before each shift;
11) user must establish necessary rules and regulations and safety procedures.

Repair
adjust or replace parts in inspection if they do not meet the requirements. The following requirements should be achieved in repair:
1) the replacement should be the same as the raw material while in repair;
2) No maintenance and repair shall be carried out while the automatic fluff furnace is in operation.
