Installation and commissioning

working principle:
The machine is composed of motor, reducer and drive sprocket to drive the running of the conveying chain. 4) tighten fasteners of fixed planer regularly to reduce loosening. Soft planer is easily damaged, the broken soft planer should be replaced in time. The long-term hard planer should be adjusted or replaced if the top wear is too large or the angle and height of the planer do not meet the requirements of shaving.
5) after using for a period of time, the copper bush, copper sleeve and the damaged bearing should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the normal operation of the machinery;
6) since the machine is working in a vibratory state, the connection bolt should be checked for loosening during the use of the machine.
7. Do not exceed the maximum power and load of the equipment every time, so as to avoid damage to the equipment.
