installtion and trial run:
1) the machine can only leave the factory after strict inspection, debugging and normal operation before leaving the factory. But after leaving the factory may be due to transportation, loading and unloading and other factors caused by poor operation and other failures, so before installation must carry out a comprehensive inspection to ensure that all components are in good condition after installation;
2) the equipment should be installed in a reasonable position according to the technological requirements, and should be fitted with the bloodletting table and the hoist;
3) checking the belt tightness and adjusting if it is found to be abnormal;
4) adding lubricating oil to the rotating parts;
5) after installation, the test run is adopted to check whether the operation of each mechanism is stable or not. If no blocking or abnormal phenomenon is found after no-load operation, it can only be put into use.
Inspection, maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting methods:
1) after installation and use of the machine, check whether the motor, bearing, drive shaft, passive shaft and conveyor belt are normal or not, often add lubricating oil to the lubricating parts, such as shaft sleeve, conveyer belt and so on, there is loosening phenomenon, should adjust in time;
2) at the same time, the fasteners should be strengthened regularly in order to reduce the looseness because the machine is in the state of load, jitter and vibration.
3) in addition to the usual maintenance, a major overhaul should be carried out after the production in the peak season every year, and the parts with serious wear should be replaced in time to prolong the service life of the machine.
4) after the equipment runs for a long time, some parts can not continue to be used because of serious wear and tear, so it should be replaced in time.
